Made2 Measure Bedrooms a bespoke service

Client: Made2 Measure Bedrooms
Project: eComm project for Made 2 Measure Bedrooms

Info: Made 2 Measure Bedrooms or Made2, a Christchurch based company, started as an enquiry from Google and has become one of our favourite clients and most demanding projects to-date. The clients brief was, wouldn't it be good if... now lets see if we can make that real. so the client wanted to replace the purchasing experience of showroom visit with an on-line experience that empower the client / visitor to the site with the ability to be able to design their own bedroom fitting, decide on colour size style and accessories order it on-line for home delivery, any where in Great Britain and self assemble.

The usability of the site and the understanding of the process where key here so a simple step by step, 1,2,3, approach was used with a simple check list that shows the customer where they are, in their purchase. Clear and concise buttons and stage pointers are used throughout the site to point the customer to the next stage of the process, be it next section, choose a colour, add to basket or go to checkout.

Made2 is not a start-up, but a company that was established back in 1991 so we wanted the new site design, to look, experienced and confident, to show off the longevity of the company and to inspire confidence in the visitor / customer.

Here is a company, with over 20 years of face to face, show room experience, bring these qualities to a wider, national on-line market.

Marketing of Made 2 Measure Bedrooms includes: Off the page advertising, Google Adwords, Google organic search, Facebook, Twitter, and a YouTube video channel that host very useful and easy to follow assembly videos. this is all analysed via Google Analytics which always Made 2 Measure Bedroom to see what works, whats popular in terms of the site usage, traffic and marketing.

This is truly a complete package and the numbers don't lie. Since launch (June 2012) Made 2 Measure Bedrooms has already recouped its development costs of the project.

MES Marine Electronic Systems

Client: Marine Electronic Systems.
Project: Website, CMS, Moblie, and social media.

Info: MES UK is a brand new recommendation for Deshok and we would very much like to welcome them in to the fold.

Marine Electronic Systems is a leading systems integrator, supplier and installer of navigation systems, including integrated bridge systems, radio communications, CCTV and video surveillance, internal communications and crew entertainment and mission systems and are known the world over for their attention to detail and quality of service.

Marine Electronic Systems (MES) is 60% privately owned and indirectly 40% by BAE Systems Ltd – Europe’s largest defence contractor.

MES don't seem to believe in doing anything by halves and thought it best to dump Deshok in at the deep-end. The first project or rather should it be projects, was a high-end, desk / laptop creative, Internet presentation, linking through to a full CMS / Mobile solution with the plan that MES technicians would be able to up-date this section the site vie their smart phones and a handy, easy to use App, even if they are out to sea or in another country.
This part of the project is intended to keep new and existing clients abreast of all the MES projects, anywhere in the world as they happen and to give the the MES brand a dynamic, friendly and approachable feel.

A special challenge for Deshok was to make smart phone photos provided by MES and their technicians of ships bridges and equipment to look professional : )

The South Coast Stone website site has enjoyed a couple of up-grades over the years but is basically the same old site that Deshok built for them nearly 7 years ago, even the client has been know to say that "The old site is in desperate need of a redesign".

Work on the newly re-deigned site was completed early this summer. The main requirement for the new site was to improve the look and feel, to fit in with the more professional clients that South Coast Stone attracts these days and with a big emphasis on; clean, crisp precision which is what South Coast Stone is becoming known for.
